Managing Partner, Steiner, Segal, Muller & Donan, 1980 to present, private legal practice. Practice primarily in areas of employment and worker's compensation law. Responsible for all management and administrative decisions, interviewing new clients, legal research, and trial of active worker's compensation cases.

Adjunct Professor of Law, Temple University School of Law, Graduate Legal Studies Division, teach course titled Pennsylvania Worker's Compensation Practice and Procedure; a comprehensive 13 week course which outlines the worker's compensation law in Pennsylvania and teaches lawyers how to practice such law; 1991 to 2001.

Special Assistant Attorney General, Pennsylvania Sate Workmen's Insurance Fund, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. October 1975 to September 1979. Preparation of worker's compensation defense litigation, investigation of third-party claims, preparation of third-party legal pleading, special project research at the direction of general counsel for the State Fund, rendering of legal opinions to field representatives under direct supervision of general counsel for the State Fund, Administration of District Office Legal Division and assignment of cases to others under my supervision. Acted temporarily as Chief Counsel to the State Workmen's Insurance Fund, May 1979 to September 1979.
